If a product is unavailable on the day of your delivery, your driver will bring a substitute, selected by our personal shopper in your delivery store as a close alternative to your original choice.
If you would prefer not to receive substitutions for products, you can indicate this in two ways: either against each item in your order at checkout step 2 by clicking on “No” in the general substitution policy section, or against each individual item by selecting the “Do not substitute this item” checkbox on the product details page. This indicates that you will not receive an alternative product if the item that you have order is not available. In some cases it may not be possible to substitute a product even if you have indicated that you would like to receive one. If this is the case, your delivery docket will clearly state this.
The items that you have ordered will be sent to your delivery address. Superquinn only delivery within Ireland, therefore your delivery address cannot be outside of Ireland.
Of course, we realise that things change and you may want your order delivered to another address or change to delivery time. This is why we offer the “Change Checkout Details” functionality. Once an order has been placed it can be amended up to 12 hours before delivery. During this time, you can select the “Active Order” button which will be displayed once you login and from there change your checkout details.
Of course, if you would like to add or remove items from your order after checking out but it must be still in an active state in order to do so. This means changes can be made up to 12 hours before delivery or collection. To do so, select the active order button which you will see on the homepage once you login. This will bring you to the active order homepage, where you can select “change items in active order” and complete your changes.
You can change or cancel an order as long as the order hasn't been dispatched.
By using the "Active Order" function, you can make changes/cancel/change delivery day & time to your order up to 12hours prior to delivery.

NOTE - During Seasonal periods, the cut-off for the "Active Order" facility will increase to between 24 to 48hrs. Due to demand, a cancellation fee may occur, for orders cancelled between 20th - 23rd December, and other seasonal days in the Calender.
