The Superquinn Reward Programme Terms & Conditions;


General:

    1. 1.By registering a Superquinn Reward Card you are bound by these terms & conditions and must accept these terms at the time you are registering your card online or by telephone. It is your responsibility to read these carefully and to ask any questions if required. You earn 1 Reward Point for every €1 spent when you present your Superquinn Reward Card during your shopping transactions at participating Superquinn stores.

2. Your Points are accumulated onto your Reward Card.
3. Points take 24 hours to be available on your Reward Card to spend towards your Superquinn shopping. You can view your Points balance on your till receipt or online.
4. Cash-in your saved points in any participating Superquinn store to spend the value of your Points towards your Superquinn shopping. 5. Points cannot be earned for purchases of tobacco products, medicines, phone cards, lottery tickets, infant formula products, bin tags, postal stamps, vending machine purchases, gift vouchers, gift cards or saving cards/stamps. Other products may be excluded at the discretion of the promoter or by operation of the law.
6. To join the Superquinn Reward Card Programme you must be a resident in the Republic of Ireland and aged 18 years or over. Your Reward Card can only be used by applicant or by a member of the applicant’s immediate family residing at the same address, provided they are over 18 years of age.
7. Only one Reward Card may be registered against one applicant.
8. Customers may pick up an instant Reward Card in their local Superquinn store which can be activated by following the simple activation options found on this form. By activating your Reward Card you can redeem your saved Points in-store or online as mentioned below. In order to receive the full benefits of your Reward Card you must register your full details online or by phoning us, as specified on this form. Online shoppers may sign-up for a Reward Card online. Your Reward Card is the property of the promoter and it must be surrendered if so requested by a Superquinn Store Manager.
9. The promoter may refuse to issue a Reward Card and reserves the right to terminate or alter the Reward Card scheme without prior notice.
10. The promoter reserves the right to close any Reward Card account it considers to be inactive for a period of 1 year or more. An account will be considered inactive if no points have been earned, or if no points have been used from a Reward Card over the period of at least 1 year. The promoter may delete your Reward Card and accumulated points from the system.
11. The promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters regarding the Superquinn Reward Card.
12. If you do not update your address details when you move house, your mailings, special offers, Cash Vouchers etc will be sent to your old address.
13. If you do not have your Reward Card during your shopping you may post till receipts to Superquinn Support Office, accompanied by a letter to add Points back onto your Reward Card. We only accept receipts with a minimum value of €20 and dated within 1 month of purchase. We are unable to manage till receipts handed directly to your local store.
14. The promoter offers exclusive in-store Bonus Point promotions and online shopping promotions at www.superquinn.ie
15. The promoter may vary the Points collection period and redemption value of Points without prior notice. The promoter reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.

Cash Vouchers & Reward Card Points :
1. Unless otherwise specified during your Reward Card registration, you will receive your Points as Cash Vouchers in the post to spend against your Superquinn shopping. This option can be changed any time by contacting us.
2. In order to qualify for the Cash Voucher mailing you need to spend €300 in three consecutive months using your Reward Card. At the time the Points are pulled from your card your card must have a minimum Points balance of 300, equating to €3 in Cash Vouchers. If you do not qualify for the mailing, your saved Points will remain on your Reward Card to spend in-store or online.
3. Your Cash Vouchers are rounded down to the nearest 50c and any Points remaining on your card will be carried forward into the next quarter.
4. Cash Vouchers are linked to your Reward Card and must be presented by the named person with your Reward Card during your transaction.
5. Cash Vouchers remain at all times property of the promoter.
6. Cash Vouchers cannot be used to purchase tobacco, medicines, infant milk formula, phone cards, bin tags, postal stamps, vending machine purchases, gift cards, savings cards or One4All Gift Vouchers. From time to time goods & services may be excluded and notification will be given at point of sale.
7. In the event you opt-out of Cash Vouchers after your Points have been pulled from your Reward Card you will receive a final set of Cash Vouchers. All subsequent Cash Vouchers are ceased as per your request and Points earned will remain on your Reward Card until you wish to spend them.
8. In this case you can cash-in your Points at the till by presenting your Reward Card and asking to ‘cash-in your Points’. Your Points will be deducted from your card balance and your shopping bill reduced. You may also exchange your Points for One4all® Gift Vouchers.
9. Your Points balance is available on www.superquinn.ie/rewards and may also be sent to you by post.

Important information about the One4all® Gift Voucher Scheme:
1. You may redeem your Points for One4all® Gift Vouchers to use across 4,500 outlets nationwide at a minimum order value of €15 (1500 Points).
2. To order, call One4all® directly on (01) 870 8111.
3. The Gift Vouchers will be posted to you directly. Please allow extra time around Bank Holidays or Christmas.
4. You will receive your Gift Vouchers with a store directory listing of where you can spend them. Hand in your Gift Voucher and exchange it for the goods you have chosen as you would cash.
5. Please treat your One4all® Gift Vouchers as if they were cash, as we will not be able to replace if lost or stolen.

Data Protection:
Superquinn will treat all personal data provided by you, during registration of your Reward Card, in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 and will always hold your personal details in the strictest confidence. Other than stated below, no supplied information will be divulged to any organisation.
We require your details in order to provide our Reward Card service to you. We process information relating to sets or groups of customers, without identifying individuals, to:
1. Help manage the Superquinn Reward Card Programme and improve the way we run it.
2. Understand our customers’ shopping habits to improve the service we offer.

We will contact you with offers and information about products and services of interest to you if you have opted for this when registering.

We only share your personal details among:
- Superquinn Suppliers at home and abroad, e.g. research groups (if you are opted-in to accept Superquinn research); suppliers that process Reward Card information on our behalf (e.g. printers who need certain details to print your mailings & send you offers & promotions), the One4all® Gift Voucher Shop, in order to enable customers to exchange their saved Reward Points for Gift Vouchers; TextServ who host your card registration by text and Buy4Now who maintain www.superquinn.ie/rewards, in order to give you instant access to your current Reward Balance information and to enable you to update your details online.

Your information is always transferred in a secure manner and never sold to 3rd parties. SMS Service Provider: TextServ support our text registration service. Standard text charges apply to customers. By activating your Reward Card Points through SMS you are automatically opted into SMS mobile marketing offers. Text STOP to 51800 to opt-out from SMS mobile offers.

We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers, without identifying individuals, to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of enhancing the service we offer you.

Customers may update their details or the way they prefer we communicate to them, or opt-in or opt-out from marketing communications anytime, by simply contacting the Reward Card Team, as below. You can communicate to us for free by email, online or in-store.
