Protein Support Role (Deputy to the Protein Manager)
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure that protein production in the store is delivering products of the highest integrity and “uncompromising quality” that our customers expect.
- To ensure that the full range of product is on display at all times in a manner befitting “a shop that inspires”
- To manage the Protein Team day to day in the absence of the protein Manager
- This role is a key member of the Protein team, requiring a professional approach in all dealings with customers and colleagues inside or outside the Protein Department.
- Encourage, support, and recognise those colleagues that demonstrate a willingness to always go “the extra mile”
Butchery Specialist
Key Responsibilities
To assist the Protein Manager in day to day operations, serving customers, monitoring quality and preparing the complete range of protein products for sale
To cut, prepare and serve all protein products and species including the manufacture of sausages and mince.
To facilitate and participate in the introduction of any new range as the company requires
To assist in Stock Control and Stock Rotation/quality checks as required
Baker
Key Responsibilities
Produce and bake all products to the Superquinn standard
Support the Bakery Management team in delivering the departments financial KPI’s through sales promotion, waste control, quality control and availability.
Participate fully with training and up skilling of allied bakers and apprentices within the department.
Sales Assistants
Key Responsibilities
To ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner.
To offer advice and product knowledge to customers.
To Increase sales by promoting the products in the shop.
