Appointed Operations Director at Superquinn in April 2010, Mike McGinley is responsible for the day to day running of the company’s 23 stores.

Mike is an experienced MD / CEO with an outstanding record of leading businesses to deliver excellent customer service, financial profitability and enhanced stakeholder value. A business improvement specialist Mike fully understands the challenges faced by companies in terms of getting the best from their colleagues.

Mike has run his own company, Mojo Business Solutions since 2007 providing straight forward advice and support to service sector organisations.

Previously he was CEO for W+G Foyle in London and MD of Our Price.
